Ivy (Goins) Yana

    Ivy Yana, age 48 of Anna, died Saturday, March 30, 2024 at her home. She was born on March 1, 1976 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Rusty Cunningham and Amy Sadler. She married Shane Roach on December 30, 1994. He preceded her in death on July 26, 2013. On December 3, 2016, Ivy married Michael Yana in Chicago.

    Ivy is survived by her husband, Michael Yana; her children, Cheyenne and Drake Roach, Lily, Holly and Allie Yana; her father, Rusty (Debbie) Cunningham; siblings, Dan Osman and Sarah Wellmeier; her nieces, Amy and Mary Pender, and many other loved ones and family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, Steve and Amy Goins and a brother, Stevie Goins.

    Ivy had a compassionate heart and a true desire to help people, both in her personal life and in her career as a nurse. She loved her dogs, gardening, flowers, traveling and anything vintage. Family always came first to Ivy, including her church family. She was a member of Southern Range Cowboy Church.

    Funeral services for Ivy Yana will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Hope Church, 307 West Vienna Street, Anna, IL with Matt Cameron officiating. Visitation will take place from 3:00 p.m. until the service hour at 5:00 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family of Ivy Yana. Envelopes will be available at the church and the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home.
