Nora Carmona

    Nora Carmona, age 34 of Murphysboro, died Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. She was born on August 18, 1989 in Santiago Maravatío, Mexico, the daughter of Pastor Carmona Lopez and Alicia Morales Murillo.

    Nora is survived by her parents, Pastor and Alicia Carmona; a daughter, Aleya Adalee Carmona; siblings, Pastor, Martin, Jose, and Daniella Carmona Morales; many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

    Funeral mass for Nora Carmona will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cobden with Father Uriel Salamanca officiating. Interment will follow in the Cobden Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2024 at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.
